Yes you read it right!! I had met Virat Kohli. The morning was very shiny and bright and the moment I got up, I had a gut-feeling that today is going to be a very lucky day for me. And my gut-feeling was totally right. The newspaper was there on my hall's table and the headlines flashed that VIRAT KOHLI had arrived in Mumbai last night for a shoot of an advertisement for PUMA.[You would be knowing that Virat Kohli has signed a 100 Cr. deal with PUMA] I went mad but there was no mention of where the photo shoot was going to happen. I told this news to my father and then after the morning tea we went for a walk at the R.C.F.
R.C.F is a colony and it has a very big ground. We were passing by the ground and we saw some people in the ground playing a cricket match and there were cameramen and reporters all around that place. We asked some people outside the ground about what was happening in the ground. They told " Arre Virat Kohli khel raha hai andar". We were like "WHAT?". But it was surely true because there would not have been so much crowd if a superstar was not playing. I could even make out from the batting technique of the batsman playing that YES it was Virat Kohli himself.
His straight drives, cover drives, inside outs were just gorgeous to see. Finally, the friendly match and even the photo shoots were over [After 2 hours!!].Virat with his Z-level security force were heading towards the exit of the ground where I was standing[I even forgot my father in those 2 hours].
I made some space through the little crowd and asked my idle for a selfie. He made some way away from the crowd as well as the security.I thought he ignored me but no, he instead asked me to come to him for the selfie. Taking advantage of that, some other kids popped out of the crowd joined both of us. He even welcomed them. We took a cool selfie which you can look at the top. I wanted to speak something with him and I had to do it quickly. I quickly told him "ALL THE BEST!!" for later matches[I was sounding like a coach rather than a well wisher].He returned a smile towards me with a "THANK YOU" and returned towards the crowd waiting for him.
The thing I noticed about him was his humbleness. He is a superstar and reporters were all around him, then too he left the crowd to come with me and have a selfie. It was a real learning from him.
And at the end I would say that a person must always dream and never stop dreaming. The story which you read above was all a dream. I hope even you have such dreams!!!
